1. Scope

This policy explains how information is handled when you use SnapFind.

It applies to Android, iOS and iPadOS versions that link to this page. Compatible Android devices may include OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi and other brands. A device brand does not mean that SnapFind integrates that manufacturer's account, advertising, push notification or payment services.

This policy does not imply that every version has been released or that all devices are supported. Before releasing a native HarmonyOS version or adding channel-specific services, we will update the relevant permissions, SDK and data-processing disclosures.

2. Product Data and Local Recognition

SnapFind manages product names, models, categories, colors, specifications, prices, descriptions, recognition samples and product photos.

These records, photos, recognition indexes and capacity records are primarily stored on your device. Photo matching and text recognition run locally. We have no developer-operated product-cloud service and do not upload product records, recognition images or results to our own servers or provide that content for advertising targeting.

Local recognition does not mean that the entire app never connects to the internet. Advertising, privacy choices, purchases and certain SDK operational metrics may involve network communication.

3. Permissions and File Access

Camera: Used when you choose to photograph a product or add recognition samples. Declining access does not prevent management of existing records or use of available image-selection features.
Photos and files: System selection interfaces provide images or backup files you choose and allow export to your selected destination. Authorization differs by operating system.
Network: Used for available advertising, privacy choices, purchases and necessary third-party service communication.

You can change permissions in device settings. Revoking a permission may disable its associated feature but does not authorize access to unrelated information.

4. Advertising and Privacy Choices

Versions offering advertising use Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

Advertising services may process IP addresses and IP-derived approximate location, device or app identifiers, device and app information, ad views, clicks, interactions, diagnostics and performance information. Purposes include ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention and service maintenance. Processing depends on the platform, SDK, configuration and your choices.

Android advertising identifiers are subject to system controls and applicable privacy choices. The current iOS/iPadOS advertising configuration disables personalization and Google's publisher first-party advertising identifier. App code does not directly read IDFA or request ATT permission. Advertising may be unavailable until configuration and verification are complete. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.

Where required, UMP presents privacy choices and corresponding privacy options. System advertising controls may also be available. Declining optional advertising consent does not prevent access to existing local product records. Unavailable ads or incomplete reward conditions do not earn viewing rewards.

Valid lifetime access stops subsequent app-initiated advertising requests; it does not automatically delete information previously lawfully processed by advertising services.

5. Third-Party SDKs and System Services

Services differ by platform; not every version includes every service listed below.

Google Mobile Ads — Google: Advertising on Android and iOS/iPadOS. The SDK processes the advertising, device, interaction and diagnostic information described above through network connections.
Google UMP — Google: Advertising privacy choices, including consent status and device, app and request information needed to provide the service.
Google ML Kit Text Recognition — Google: Android on-device text recognition. Input images, text and recognition results are processed locally rather than sent to Google servers for this recognition. The SDK sends performance and usage metrics and may make maintenance-related connections. See ML Kit's privacy explanation.
Google Play Billing — Google: Purchases in supported Google Play versions. Google handles payment; the app receives purchase status, purchase tokens and related transaction information to verify or restore access.
StoreKit — Apple: Purchases in supported iOS/iPadOS versions. Apple handles payment; the app uses verified transaction status and related identifiers to manage access.
Vision — Apple; ONNX Runtime — Microsoft's open-source project: Local recognition and model execution in applicable versions. The app does not upload product images to developer servers for these operations.
File, backup and email services — your selected providers: Process files or messages when you export, enable system backup or send email.

The currently listed integrations do not include manufacturer-specific OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi or Huawei account, push, advertising or payment SDKs. Relevant disclosures and applicable authorization will be updated before adding such services.

Third-party services also apply their own rules, including Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Purchases and Restoration

Google Play versions use Google Play purchases. Supported iPhone/iPad versions use Apple purchases.

We do not directly receive or store complete payment card numbers, banking login information or store passwords. The app uses purchase status and transaction information supplied by the store to verify, restore or revoke paid access.

Cancellation, refunds, revocation or unsuccessful verification may affect access. Backup files do not replace store verification or automatically transfer purchases between Google Play and Apple.

Describing purchases here does not enable them in a version that has not been configured for purchasing.

7. Backups, Retention and Deletion

Product records generally remain until you delete them. Clearing app data, deleting the app, device failure or system cleanup may cause data loss. Back up important records first.

Exported backups have no app-level password protection. Anyone obtaining a backup may be able to read it.

Your chosen cloud-drive or system-backup provider may store copies remotely. Deleting a product or removing the app does not necessarily delete exported files, cloud copies or system backups; manage those copies separately.

On Android, delete products in the app or use available system app-data controls. On iPhone/iPad, delete products in the app; Offload App may retain documents and data and is not equivalent to Delete App. Manage system backups separately.

Third-party advertising, purchase and SDK information is retained and deleted according to the relevant providers' rules and applicable law.

8. Reports and Contact Emails

Use an available in-app report entry or email 253340711@qq.com.

The report form prepares your reason, description and app version without automatically attaching product records, photos, device identifiers or logs. Sending shares the message and sender address with the recipient and email services. Attachments you choose to add are also transmitted.

We use this information to investigate feedback, resolve issues and communicate with you. Related emails are retained for 60 days after the issue is resolved and then deleted. Where legally required, information is retained only for the necessary scope and period.

Do not send passwords, banking details, customer secrets or unrelated sensitive information. You may request earlier deletion of email information we hold. Copies retained by email providers may require separate action under their rules.

9. Sharing and International Processing

We do not sell local product records or recognition photos.

Advertising, privacy choices, purchases and operational metrics may be processed directly by the providers listed above through SDKs or system services. Your selected file, backup and email providers may also process information you submit.

Those services may process information outside your country or region. Consult their applicable policies for locations and safeguards. Where separate notice or authorization is legally required, it must be provided before the relevant processing. This policy is not blanket authorization for unrestricted sharing or international transfers.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can view, edit, export or delete local records; change system permissions; use available advertising privacy controls; and contact us about access, correction, deletion or complaints concerning personal information we hold, such as emails.

We may request limited information to establish the connection between you and a request, but will not ask for store or banking passwords. Requests are handled under applicable law, with reasons provided where a request cannot be fulfilled.

We do not hold your local product library and cannot remotely restore or delete records held only on your device.

11. Children

SnapFind is a general product-management utility, not designed for children. Applicable local law determines the relevant age thresholds and guardian requirements.

We do not target advertising to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without required guardian authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

This policy does not represent certification for a children's app category or child-directed advertising.

12. Security and Changes

We take reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no device, storage system or transmission is completely secure. Protect device access and manage backups carefully.

We will update this page when features, SDKs, platforms or data practices change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Where renewed consent is required, merely updating this page will not replace that process.

1. 适用范围

本政策说明 SnapFind 如何处理您使用应用时涉及的信息。

本政策适用于引用本页面的 SnapFind Android、iOS 和 iPadOS 版本。Android 版本可在符合兼容条件的设备上使用，包括 OPPO、vivo、小米及其他品牌设备。设备品牌并不代表应用已接入该品牌的账号、广告、推送或支付服务。

本政策不表示上述版本已全部发布，也不保证所有设备均兼容。原生 HarmonyOS（鸿蒙）版本及其他渠道专用服务如后续推出，我们会在上线前补充其实际权限、SDK 和数据处理说明。

2. 产品资料与本地识别

SnapFind 用于保存和管理产品名称、型号、分类、颜色、规格、价格、说明、识别样本及产品照片。

这些资料、图片、识别索引和产品额度记录主要保存在您的设备中。产品照片匹配和文字识别在设备上运行。我们没有自建产品云端服务，不将产品资料、识别查询图片或识别结果上传到自己的服务器，也不将这些内容提供给广告服务用于定向投放。

“本地识别”不代表整个应用完全不联网。广告、隐私选择、购买及部分第三方 SDK 的运行指标处理可能涉及网络连接，详见下文。

3. 权限与文件访问

相机：仅用于您主动拍摄产品、识别照片或添加样本。拒绝相机权限后，仍可管理已有资料，并使用可用的图片选择功能。
照片和文件：通过系统提供的选择界面读取您选择的图片或备份文件，并将备份导出到您指定的位置。不同系统的授权方式可能不同。
网络：用于可用的广告服务、隐私选择、应用内购买及第三方服务的必要通信。

您可以在设备系统设置中调整权限。撤销某项权限可能使相关功能不可用，但不会因此授权应用访问其他无关信息。

4. 广告与隐私选择

提供广告功能的版本使用 Google AdMob 和 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）。

广告服务可能处理 IP 地址及其推算的大致位置、设备或应用标识符、设备与应用信息、广告展示和点击、互动记录、诊断及性能信息，用于广告展示、效果测量、安全、防欺诈和服务维护。具体处理取决于平台、SDK、服务配置及您的隐私选择。

Android 版本的广告标识符处理受系统设置及适用的隐私选择影响。iOS/iPadOS 版本的当前广告配置关闭个性化广告及 Google 发布商第一方广告标识；应用代码不主动读取 IDFA，也不请求 ATT 追踪授权。未完成配置或核验时，广告功能可能不可用。非个性化广告仍可能涉及数据处理。

需要时，应用通过 UMP 展示隐私选择，并提供相应的隐私选项入口。您也可以使用系统提供的广告隐私控制。拒绝可选的广告同意不会阻止使用已有本地产品资料；没有可用广告或未完成奖励条件时，不会获得该次观看奖励。

有效的永久版权益会关闭应用发起的后续广告请求，但不会自动删除广告服务此前已合法处理的信息。

5. 第三方 SDK 与系统服务

以下按实际使用的平台区分，并非所有版本都包含全部服务。

服务／提供方使用场景与处理方式

Google Mobile Ads／GoogleAndroid、iOS/iPadOS 的广告功能；SDK 通过网络处理第 4 节所述广告、设备、互动及诊断信息。

Google UMP／Google管理广告隐私选择；通过网络处理同意状态及提供该功能所需的设备、应用和请求信息。

Google ML Kit 文字识别／GoogleAndroid 本地文字识别。输入图片、文字及识别结果在设备上处理，不因该识别功能发送至 Google 服务器；SDK 会向 Google 发送性能和使用指标，并可能进行维护相关通信。ML Kit 隐私说明

Google Play Billing／Google支持 Google Play 购买的 Android 版本；商店处理付款，应用接收购买状态、购买令牌及相关交易信息以验证和恢复权益。

StoreKit／Apple支持 Apple 内购的 iOS/iPadOS 版本；Apple 处理付款，应用使用已验证的交易状态和相关交易标识管理权益。

Vision／Apple；ONNX Runtime／Microsoft 开源项目用于相应版本中的本地识别与模型运算；应用不为这些本地运算向开发者服务器上传产品图片。

系统文件、备份及邮件服务／您使用的服务提供方在您选择导出、启用系统备份或发送邮件时，按相关服务的规则处理相应文件或邮件。

当前列明的应用集成不包含 OPPO、vivo、小米或华为专用账号、推送、广告及支付 SDK。后续如新增，会在使用前更新相应说明并取得适用的授权。

第三方服务还适用其自身隐私规则，包括 Google 隐私政策和 Apple 隐私政策。

6. 购买与恢复权益

Android 的 Google Play 版本通过 Google Play 处理购买；支持 Apple 内购的 iPhone/iPad 版本通过 Apple 处理购买。

我们不直接接收或保存您的完整银行卡号、银行登录信息或商店账号密码。应用使用商店提供的购买状态与相关交易信息，验证、恢复或撤销付费权益。

购买取消、退款、交易撤销或验证失败可能影响权益。备份文件不能代替商店验证，也不能将 Google Play 购买自动转换为 Apple 购买。

未配置购买服务的版本不会因本政策的描述而获得购买功能。

7. 备份、保留与删除

产品资料通常保留至您在应用中删除。清除应用数据、卸载、设备损坏或系统清理可能造成资料丢失，请提前备份。

导出的备份文件未设置应用级密码保护，取得文件的人可能读取其中内容。请妥善保管。

选择云盘导出或启用系统备份时，相应提供方可能将资料保存到云端。删除应用中的产品或卸载应用，不一定会删除已导出的文件、云盘副本或系统备份；这些副本需分别管理。

Android：可在应用中删除产品，或通过系统提供的应用数据管理功能清除资料。
iPhone/iPad：可在应用中删除产品；“卸载 App”可能保留文稿与数据，不等同于“删除 App”。系统备份需另行管理。
第三方广告、购买和 SDK 信息的保留与删除，适用相关提供方的规则及适用法律。

8. 广告举报与联系邮件

您可以通过应用提供的举报入口，或直接发送邮件至 253340711@qq.com 联系我们。

举报表单仅整理您填写的原因、描述和应用版本，不自动附加产品库、照片、设备标识符或日志。只有您确认发送后，邮件内容和发件地址才会交由收件方及相关邮件服务处理。您主动附加的文件也会随邮件发送。

我们将这些信息用于处理反馈、排查问题及与您联系。相关邮件在问题处理完毕后保留 60 天，期满删除。如法律要求继续保留，则仅按必要范围和期限保留。

请勿发送密码、银行卡资料、客户秘密或无关的敏感信息。您可以通过上述邮箱申请提前删除我们持有的相关邮件资料；邮件服务商保存的副本可能需按其规则另行处理。

9. 信息共享与跨境处理

我们不出售您的本地产品资料或识别照片。

广告、隐私选择、购买及运行指标可能由上述服务提供方通过 SDK 或系统服务直接处理。您选择的云盘、备份和邮件服务也可能处理您提交的资料。

这些服务可能在您所在国家或地区以外处理信息。相关地点和保护措施以服务提供方的适用政策为准。涉及依法需要另行告知或授权的处理时，应在该处理发生前完成相应程序；本政策不作为无限制共享或跨境传输的概括授权。

10. 您的选择与权利

您可以：

查看、修改、导出或删除本地产品资料；
在系统设置中调整权限；
使用可用的广告隐私选项调整或撤回相关同意；
联系我们，申请访问、更正或删除我们持有的邮件等个人信息，并提出隐私问题或投诉。

处理请求时，我们可能要求提供必要的信息以确认请求与您的关联，但不会要求您提供商店密码或银行卡密码。我们会按适用法律处理请求；对无法完成的请求说明原因。

由于我们不持有您的本地产品库，无法远程恢复或删除仅保存在您设备上的资料。

11. 未成年人保护

SnapFind 是一般产品管理工具，并非面向儿童设计。儿童年龄界限及监护人要求以适用地区法律为准。

我们不以儿童为对象进行广告定向。如果您认为儿童在没有必要监护人授权的情况下向我们提交了个人信息，请联系上述邮箱，我们会核查并采取适当措施。

本政策不表示应用已获得儿童类别或面向儿童广告的认证。

12. 安全与政策更新

我们采取合理措施保护所处理的信息，但任何设备、存储或网络传输都无法保证绝对安全。请保护设备访问权限并妥善管理备份。

当功能、SDK、平台版本或数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本页面。重大变化会通过适当方式告知；依法需要重新取得同意时，不会仅以更新网页代替该程序。
